Oxygen and ion chambers
Both are built in at the top left, inside the cabin: an oxygen chamber, and an ion chamber that helps kill bacteria inside the sauna.

Control
Screens, app and sound
One control screen is outside at the top left, so you can set the sauna before you step in. A second screen is inside, right behind it, so you can adjust it while you sit. You can also use the app on your phone and play your own music through the speakers.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and usually takes 1–4 days after we confirm your order.
Is installation included?
Yes. Installation is free and included with every delivery.
What warranty do I get?
EM products come with a 3-year warranty with proper use.
What power does the sauna need?
Both models run on 220–240V. EM-02 uses 1920W and EM-03 uses 2240W.
How much space do I need?
EM-02 measures 1200 × 1200 × 1900 mm and EM-03 measures 1530 × 1250 × 1900 mm (width × depth × height).
Can I buy the red light panel on its own?
Yes. It costs 3,900 AED on its own, or 1,950 AED with each sauna you buy.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer to our ADIB account with no extra fees, or with Apple Pay, card or Tabby through a secure payment link.
Can I return my order?
We check every product before delivery. If your product arrives damaged, we refund you. Apart from damage on arrival, all sales are final.

Delivery, warranty and refunds
Delivery and installation
Delivery and installation are free. We usually deliver within 1–4 days after confirming your order, and we install the product when we deliver it.
Warranty
EM products come with a 3-year warranty with proper use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or repairs by anyone other than EM. To make a claim, contact us on WhatsApp or by email.
Returns and refunds
We check every product before delivery to make sure it is not damaged. If your product arrives damaged, tell us when it is delivered and we will refund you. We do not offer refunds for any other reason, so please check the size and power details before you order.
Payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams. Your order is confirmed when we reply to confirm it. You can pay by bank transfer, or with Apple Pay, card or Tabby through a secure payment link. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see your card details.
Privacy
We only collect the details you send us on WhatsApp or by email, such as your name, phone number and delivery address. We use them only to process, deliver and support your order, and we never sell them. This website does not use tracking cookies. It remembers your language choice in your own browser, and it loads fonts from Google Fonts.
